CCR2(C-C 趨化因子受體 2 型)是表達于單核細胞、巨噬細胞等免疫細胞表面的 G 蛋 白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR),具有七次跨膜螺旋結構,胞外 N 端含有糖基化位點(diǎn),胞內 C 端則 負責信號轉導的蛋白相互作用域。人 CCR2 蛋白由 374 個(gè)氨基酸構成,具有兩個(gè)主要剪接 變體:CCR2A 和 CCR2B,其中 CCR2B 是最常見(jiàn)的功能型形式。 |

cAMP 在 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR)信號轉導中是一種關(guān)鍵的第二信使。當配體結合 到 GPCR,構象發(fā)生變化,激活受體接著(zhù)激活 G 蛋白,Gi 的激活導致腺苷酸環(huán)化酶調控 cAMP 的下調。
