| I. Background | |

CD166（也稱(chēng)為 ALCAM）是一種跨膜糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF）成員。 其在多種腫瘤中高表達，包括結直腸癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌和黑色素瘤；并在多種細胞類(lèi) 型中表達，包括上皮細胞、內皮細胞、神經(jīng)元和免疫細胞。CD166 在細胞間相互作用、信 號傳導和細胞遷移中起重要作用，同時(shí)也與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉移密切相關(guān)。CD166 通 過(guò)其胞外區與其他細胞表面分子（如 CD166 或 CD6）結合，介導細胞間粘附；還可以通過(guò) 激活下游信號通路（如 PI3K/AKT 或 MAPK 通路）調節細胞增殖、存活和遷移 |
